I am in Argentina. Does my local adviser really need all the U.S. platform and withholding records?

I send my local adviser a P&L and bank totals, but they keep asking for the U.S. platform statements, withholding records, and owner-funding details too. I originally thought that was overkill because the company itself is a U.S. LLC and the local side could just work from the net numbers.

Since Argentina is not a treaty country, I want to know whether that extra document request is genuinely important rather than just cautious accounting style.
