I live in India, work entirely from India, and sell to U.S. clients. Is Form 8833 something I should expect?

I have a U.S. LLC and do consulting from Mumbai for U.S. clients. No employees, no U.S. office, and no U.S. travel this year. My preparer mentioned that if we rely on the treaty to support a no-U.S.-tax position, Form 8833 may need to be discussed.

I am not asking for a final yes or no without facts. I want to understand whether Form 8833 is normal in this kind of India-resident remote-founder pattern or whether it only shows up in more unusual cases.
