Does Pennsylvania's corporate net income tax apply to my foreign-owned LLC?
I have clients in Pennsylvania and I'm wondering if I need to pay Pennsylvania's corporate net income tax. I heard it's one of the highest in the country. My LLC is formed in Wyoming but I sell software to several PA companies. Total PA sales are about $100,000.
