Partnership Order Terms

1. Eligibility and offer formation

This page does not itself create an offer or authorize payment. A paid partnership contract is not currently operational, and the site does not accept partnership package payments. Any future payment option requires server preflight to approve one exact, operational product contract and the checkout summary to identify it. We will not charge for an incomplete, no-return-indicated, unsupported, or unassigned professional/provider route.

2. Exact deliverable controls

A protected order is limited to the filing method, tax year, capability, artifact manifest, price, and provider terms shown immediately before payment. A generic purchase does not entitle the customer to every Form 1065 scenario or schedule.

  • A $199 DIY paper-package offer, if shown, covers only the official forms, partner packets, manifest, and self-filing instructions named in that checkout contract.
  • DIY paper software does not include IRS e-file, transmission, a PTIN preparer, CPA/EA review, an ITIN application, or a partnership representative.
  • An authorized e-file provider route is offered only when the checkout names the operational provider, states whether its fee is included, and shows its consent, secure-transfer, and service terms.

3. Self-service responsibilities

Unless the exact checkout contract names a separate provider service, you remain responsible for reviewing every line and attachment, obtaining any required professional advice or identifying numbers, signing, filing, retaining proof of filing, and furnishing each Schedule K-1 or other partner statement by the applicable deadline. We do not sign or submit a DIY paper package and do not act as the partnership representative.

4. Self-preparation software; no tax or legal advice

This is self-preparation software: you answer the questions, review every generated page, sign, and file your own return. The Paid Preparer block is intentionally blank. Software output and educational explanations are not a substitute for advice from a CPA, enrolled agent, or tax attorney, and only the certified package scopes shown before checkout are sold.

5. Foreign partners, TINs, and filing method

For the certified paper package, a foreign partner who has no U.S. TIN and is not required to obtain one is reported with the identification field intentionally blank plus an attached explanatory statement citing IRS guidance. We never print an all-zero or invented TIN on a paper return. Depending on the facts, the pre-checkout review may instead indicate no return, require ITIN/professional review, require a qualifying partnership representative, or require an authorized e-file provider. External professional, ITIN, representative, or provider fees are excluded unless the exact checkout says they are included.

6. Facts and contract changes

The order is bound to a keyed digest of the canonical facts and to specific rule, decision, provider, builder, artifact, terms, and privacy versions. A material edit invalidates readiness and requires a new preflight. We may pause fulfillment if a rule, official form, certified builder, provider, or product-model approval changes.

7. Payment, delivery, and refunds

Stripe Checkout sessions are short-lived. Payment does not authorize generation until the signed Stripe event or server reconciliation confirms the same protected order. Refunds and disputes revoke generation and re-download access.

If a paid order becomes unsupported before substantive delivery, or a technical failure prevents the contracted deliverable, we place it in a monitored refund-review queue. We will acknowledge a refund request within two business days. Once the contracted package has been substantively delivered, refunds are not promised for incorrect customer inputs or a later change of mind; applicable law still controls.

8. Privacy and general terms

The versioned Partnership Order Privacy Notice and our general Terms of Service also apply. If they conflict about this protected order, the more specific, checkout-accepted partnership contract controls.
