I'm a foreign owner with no US office or employees — am I exempt from US sales tax?
My LLC is owned by me, a non-resident, and I have no office, staff, or property anywhere in the US. I ship products to US customers from overseas. Surely I don't owe US sales tax since I have no presence in the country? Or does being foreign-owned actually change anything here?
