green card surrenderLLC tax stepsexpatriation checklistForm 8854Form 5472Brazil

I've decided to surrender my green card and move back to Brazil. I've had the card for 10 years and own a Delaware LLC. I know there's an exit tax and Form 8854, but I need a practical checklist of what to do before, during, and after surrendering. Specifically regarding my LLC — do I need to get a valuation? When do I stop filing Form 1040 and start filing Form 1040-NR? When does Form 5472 kick in again?
