Maryland's July 1, 2025 IT services tax — what changed for my SaaS company?
I run a SaaS business selling to Maryland customers. I read that Maryland started taxing IT services at 3% on July 1, 2025, but my SaaS is still at 6%. Two rates seems strange. What's the rule and how do I categorize correctly?
