I regularly transfer USD from my U.S. LLC bank account to my Vietnamese bank account. My Vietnamese accountant is not sure how to categorize this — is it business income or investment income? The PIT rates are different for each. Also, can I deduct my business expenses from the LLC income before calculating Vietnamese tax?
