Can I use the streamlined procedures to fix the LLC's missed Form 5472 itself?
I am in the UK and my bigger headache is a missed Form 5472 for an older year. Someone in a founder group told me to just use the IRS streamlined procedures because they worked for missed foreign filings in their case.
The more I read, the less sure I am that this applies to the LLC itself. I want to know whether streamlined is the wrong tool if the missed filing is the entity's Form 5472 rather than my own personal return or FBAR.
