I'm a Canadian citizen and just formed an LLC in New Mexico. I have my EIN and articles of organization. My formation agent provided a basic operating agreement template that I signed.

Is that enough to open a bank account at Mercury or Relay? Do I need anything else like a certificate of good standing, a business license, or utility bills? I want to make sure I have everything ready before I apply so I don't get rejected for missing documents.
