Amazon wants proof that my payout account belongs to the LLC. Is a Wise account-details document usually better than screenshots?
I am based in Vietnam and use a Wise business account for my Delaware LLC. A marketplace asked me for proof that the payout account belongs to the business, and my first thought was to just send screenshots from the app. Then I realized I should probably use something more official if possible.
I want the practical answer on what kind of bank proof document is strongest for marketplaces and processors. If there is a better document than screenshots, I would rather build the bank file correctly now so this does not keep slowing down payouts every time a platform asks for verification.
