I live in France and own a Delaware LLC. The IRS sent a letter asking for supporting records tied to our Form 5472 filing, including related-party transactions and ownership details. I have the records, but they are spread across email threads, bank exports, and a bookkeeper folder.

I do not want my first move to make the situation worse. I want to know what experienced people do first when the IRS starts by mail and asks for a document package like this.
