App Developer Tax (iOS, Android, Web)Answered

Apple wants tax forms in App Store Connect and I already used the wrong entity name. Can I fix it later without side effects?

I am in Japan and my iOS app now earns around $9,000 per month through a Delaware LLC, but my original Apple setup was rushed. The banking and tax side partly reflects the LLC and partly reflects my older personal paperwork from before the company documents were ready. I can still receive payments, but the whole setup feels too messy for comfort.

What I want to know is whether founders should treat this as a simple admin cleanup or as something that can spill into tax reporting and payout problems if it sits too long. I would rather pause and fix it than build another year on top of weak records.
