Content Creator & Influencer TaxAnswered

X shows subscription revenue, then a chargeback hits later. Do I book the first number or wait for the payout support?

I am based in Indonesia and use a Wyoming LLC for my creator business. My X subscription revenue has started to become meaningful, but I noticed that some weeks the dashboard looks strong and then a chargeback or refund adjustment appears later. My bank deposits also lag the month in a way that makes it hard to know what belongs where.

I do not want to build the books around a number that X later shrinks. At the same time, I do not want to ignore the activity entirely until cash arrives. What is the practical recordkeeping approach people use when a creator platform can adjust earnings after the fact?
