I live in Italy. Should both my U.S. and Italian advisers really use the same transaction map?

I own a Delaware LLC from Milan and my U.S. preparer wants a normal bookkeeping ledger, while my Italian adviser wants a separate schedule showing every contribution, reimbursement, and withdrawal in plain language. At first I thought that was duplicate work.

Now I am wondering if the smartest move is to use one shared transaction map and just let both advisers read from it. Is that the normal best practice for an Italy-owned U.S. LLC?
