What are Wyoming's annual requirements for a foreign-owned LLC? Is it really as simple as people say?
I formed my LLC in Wyoming based on advice from a YouTube video. I'm from South Korea and I run a small online tutoring business. The video said Wyoming has no income tax and very low fees.
But I want to understand exactly what I need to file with Wyoming each year. Is it just the annual report? Are there any hidden taxes or fees I should know about? And do I still need to maintain a registered agent there?
