My Wyoming LLC is tiny. Is the annual report still required if assets are basically zero?
I live in Singapore and formed a Wyoming LLC because several founders told me it was the simplest state for a remote business. The company has no employees and no U.S. office. It mostly just has a bank account, formation documents, and about $12,000 of consulting revenue.
I saw that Wyoming has an annual report and a fee tied to in-state assets. Since my in-state assets are basically nothing, I am unsure whether I still have to file the report at all or whether the fee just drops to a minimum.
