I'm a foreign individual planning to sell digital products to US customers but I don't yet have an SSN, ITIN, or even a US EIN. Multiple states' sales tax portals require one of these to register. Someone mentioned the Streamlined Sales Tax (SSTRS) system has a special path for foreign sellers. What is it and how do I use it?
