I'm comparing two paths for forming my US LLC as a foreign founder. Path A: Stripe Atlas, $350 first year (via the Mercury partner link) covering Delaware LLC formation, EIN, registered agent. Path B: Self-form Wyoming LLC at the state's $100 filing fee + $50/year registered agent. On a 5-year basis Wyoming is roughly $700, Atlas is roughly $1,650. The Wyoming path is $900 cheaper. Is the Atlas premium actually worth that gap?
