What treaty rate applies to my YouTube royalties? I'm in the UK — what about Canada, Germany, Australia, Korea, India?

I understand my YouTube US-viewer earnings are royalties that can be withheld. I'm in the UK and want to know my copyright-royalty treaty rate, and I'm comparing notes with creator friends in Canada, Germany, Australia, South Korea, and India. Roughly what rates apply, and what do I need to do to actually get them?
