I gave Form W-8BEN-E to two U.S. clients three years ago when my Wyoming LLC started invoicing them. One just emailed asking for a new copy. Is there a hard expiration date for W-8BEN-E? Do I need to send updated forms to all my U.S. payors on a fixed cycle, or only when something changes?
