Relay says the wire was sent, but the recipient bank wants trace proof. Is the tracking document basically the business version of an MT103 request?

I live in Turkey and use Relay for my U.S. LLC. A supplier says their bank cannot find the incoming international wire, even though Relay shows the payment as sent. I can see a payment history inside the dashboard, but the supplier's bank is asking for something more formal that will help them trace it.

I am trying to understand whether the Relay tracking or wire-support document is the kind of thing banks mean when they ask for trace proof. If so, I want to make sure the company starts saving those documents automatically instead of treating them like rare support tickets.
